The Korean Avocado Toast
- Avocado, sliced
- Soft boiled egg, peeled and cut into two halves
- Sea salt
- Red chili flakes
- Toasted sesame seed oil
- Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Mountain White Bread
- Toast the bread
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the whole egg with shell and let cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Remove egg from water and peel under cold water. Cut into two pieces.
- Add all ingredients to the top of the bread and enjoy immediately!
