The Korean Avocado Toast


  • Avocado, sliced
  • Soft boiled egg, peeled and cut into two halves
  • Sprouts
  • Sea salt
  • Red chili flakes
  • Toasted sesame seed oil
  • Canyon Bakehouse Gluten Free Mountain White Bread


  1. Toast the bread
  2. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the whole egg with shell and let cook for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Remove egg from water and peel under cold water. Cut into two pieces.
  4. Add all ingredients to the top of the bread and enjoy immediately!
