PB&J Fruit Skewers

For kids and adults, this is a great party appetizer or fun after-school snack!

 

INGREDIENTS

Raspberries

Blueberries

Bananas, sliced

Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free Mountain White bread

Peanut Butter

Jelly (raspberry or strawberry)

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Take slices of Canyon bread and trim off crust on each side. Once all pieces are trimmed, cut in half to make square-shaped pieces. 
  2. On half the bread pieces, top with peanut butter and jelly. Take the other half and place on top.
  3. On skewer, slide blueberry, raspberry and banana slice, follwed by PB&J. Repeat.
