    Owl Sammies
  • Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Bread Slices

  • Mozzarella slices

  • Sliced Cucumber, Radishes, tomatoes, and olives

  • Blueberries

    Koala Sammies
  • Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Bread Slices

  • Whipped Cream Cheese Spread

  • Sliced Kalamata Olives, Cucumbers, and Radishes; Peppercorns

  • Celery Stalks, with leaves

    Fish Sammies
  • Canyon Bakehouse Gluten-free Bread Slices

  • Almond Butter

  • Sliced Strawberries, Figs and Kiwi; Blueberries, Bananas, Dried Cranberries

Directions

Owl Sammies

  1. Top each slice of bread with mozzarella slices.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to create owl ears, eyes, wings, beaks and feet.

Koala Sammies

  1. Spread each slice with cream cheese and add toppings to create Koala ears, eyes, noses and mouths.
  2. Serve with celery stalks (bamboo)

Fish Sammies

  1. Spread each slice with almond butter and add toppings to create fish lips, eyes, tails and scales.
  2. Serve with banana slices (bubbles)
