ALMOND BUTTER TOAST WITH CINNAMON-SUGARED FIGS AND SLIVERED ALMONDS

Shimmering figs, sliced dusted with cinnamon and sugar, then nestled with slivered almonds over almond butter and toasted Country White Bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Country White Bread, toasted
  • ¼ C. Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Turbinado or Cane Sugar
  • 3-4 Figs, quartered
  • Slivered Almonds

Directions

  1. Spread each slice of toast with almond butter.
  2. Combine the cinnamon and sugar and toss the quartered figs in the mixture.
  3. Top the toast with sugared figs and sliced almonds.
