I've been gluten free almost 5 years I haven't found a decent gluten free bagel option. Canyon Bakehouse created bagel PERFECTION!! I was born in NY & raised in the South but bagels were always at the table growing up. These are EXACTLY how I remember the gluteny bagels were with taste & texture!! I love eating it with some organic cream cheese & jam.
