I continually try different gluten free breads looking for one that I love. Well, this bread seems to be it. I came upon it by chance in my local Raley's. Here are the reasons I love it so much.....it tastes like a high quality bread, it is great right from the bag, it is great toasted, it isn't frozen, it doesn't need to be frozen once opened and it is within the average price range for specialty breads. I will continue to buy this bread and I will try other products by Canyon Bakehouse. Thank you for such a great product.
