Standard orders to residential addresses are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and will arrive within 3 days of shipping, including Saturdays.
*NOTE* FedEx Ground Home Delivery ships Mon-Wed; FedEx Express and FedEx Ground ship Mon-Tues. To confirm your order's delivery date (if expedited) please contact email@example.com.

Orders will ship same day if received by 11am (MST).
Expedited orders will ship the same week if they are able to arrive the same week, otherwise they will ship the following Monday.
Our goal is for all orders to ship and arrive the same week. We do not ship over the weekend.
Our products are shipped frozen, but will thaw during transit. They are not shipped in an insulated cooler. Please see our FAQ page for shelf life and storage instructions.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product you receive directly from Canyon Bakehouse, we will refund your full purchase price (not shipping) or send you new product. Simply send us a message from our contact form and let us know how we can help. If a refund is requested, then please allow 10 days to process.
