TOASTED ENGLISH MUFFIN WITH BLACKBERRIES AND BRIE

English Muffin with blackberries and brie, toasted and garnished with fresh thyme and chopped walnuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 Canyon Bakehouse Honey Whole Grain English Muffin, halved
  • ¼ C. Blackberries
  • 2 oz. Brie
  • Fresh Thyme and Chopped Walnuts, for garnish

Directions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the English muffin halves on top.
  2. Assemble the muffins with blackberries and brie.
  3. Place the assembled muffins under a broiler for about 2 minutes, until the cheese is warm and gooey, and the blackberries are plump.
