Toasted Cheese with Mozzarella and Peaches

A crisp and gooey snack with fresh peaches, drizzled honey, chopped pecans and fresh basil.


  • 1 Canyon Bakehouse Plain Bagel
  • 4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • 1 Fresh Peach, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Pecans
  • Basil leaves, sliced chiffonade for garnish
  • Honey, for drizzling


  1. Turn the broiler on low and prepare a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Layer the mozzarella and peach slices on each half of the bagel. Toast under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted, and the edges of the bagel are crispy.
  3. Top each bagel half with chopped pecans and garnish with sliced basil, as desired.
  4. Drizzle with honey to finish.
