Sweet Hawaiian Grilled Cheese with Holiday Ham and Apricot Jam

Leftover holiday ham and apricot jam with warm, melty brie grilled on Hawaiian Sweet Bread.


  • 4 Slices Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Sweet Bread
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Apricot Jam
  • 6 oz. Honey Ham, thick sliced
  • 4 oz. Brie Cheese


  1. Butter the outsides of each slice of bread and spread the insides with apricot jam.
  2. Assemble each sandwich with ham and cheese slices.
  3. Grill each sandwich in a skillet over medium heat until the cheese is melted, and the outsides are golden, 1-2 minutes on each side.
