Sweet and Savory Bagel Platter with Spreads

Brunch fare served family style, including quartered bagels with sweet and savory toppings and two heavenly cream cheese spreads.

Ingredients

Honey Pecan Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Package Plain Cream Cheese (8 oz.), softened
  • ¼ C. Honey, plus more for garnish
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon, plus more for topping
  • ¼ C. Pecans, toasted and chopped, plus more for garnish
Shallot and Herb Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 Package Plain Cream Cheese (8 oz.), softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced Shallots, plus more for topping
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Minced Herbs, such as parsley, dill or both
Bagel Platter
  • 4 Canyon Bakehouse Bagels (assorted), quartered
  • 2 Clementine or Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 Pink Grapefruit
  • 1 Pint Raspberries
  • 2 Kiwi, sliced
  • ¼ C. Blueberries
  • 1 C. ½-inch Ham Cubes
  • 1 C. ½-inch Cheddar Cubes
  • 2 Carrots, ribboned
  • ½ Red Onion, sliced
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Dill
  • ½ C. Mediterranean Olives
  • ¼ C. Pistachios
  • ¼ C. Raw Almonds

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, incorporate the sweet and savory ingredients with each portion of cream cheese and place in separate small serving bowls.
  2. Arrange the bagels and toppings on a serving platter, keeping sweet and savory toppings separate.
