S’More Sammies with Chocolate Hazelnut Sauce

Rich Chocolate Hazelnut Sauce, berries, and mini marshmallows on Brioche-Style Rolls, toasted under the broiler and served open-faced.


  • ¾ C. Chocolate Hazelnut Sauce
  • 1 Pint Raspberries
  • 1 C. Mini marshmallows
  • 1 Pkg. Brioche-Style Rolls, halved and toasted


  1. Spread 1 Tbsp. Chocolate Hazelnut Sauceonto each halved Brioche-Style Roll. Layer with raspberries and mini marshmallows.
  2. Arrange the assembled rolls on a baking sheet and place under a low broiler for 1-2minutes, just until the mini marshmallows have browned on top.
  3. Serve warm and open-faced.
