Pull-apart Cheeseburger Sliders

These delectable sliders are a crowd-pleasing treat, combining the flavors of juicy burgers and gooey cheese in a convenient pull-apart style for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (6 rolls)
  • 1 Pound Ground beef (85% lean)
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
  • 6 Slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 C. Ketchup
  • 1/4 C. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Dill pickle relish 1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion, breaking it into crumbles, until browned and cooked through.
  3. Drain excess fat and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Place the connected Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Sweet Rolls on a cutting board.
  5. Slice them in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.
  6. Lay the bottom layer in a baking dish.
  7. Evenly spread the cooked ground beef and onions over the bottom layer of rolls.
  8. Lay the cheddar cheese slices over the beef mixture.
  9. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and dill relish.
  10. Spread this sauce over the top layer of the rolls.
  11. Place the top layer of the rolls over the assembled burgers.
  12. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and if desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
  13. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  14. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  15. Remove the sliders from the oven, and let them cool slightly.
  16. Serve warm and enjoy!
