New England Grinder

Classic deli meats, provolone cheese on a Sub Roll with thin-sliced tomatoes, pepperoncini and iceberg lettuce, lightly dressed.


  • 1 Canyon Bakehouse Sub Roll, toasted
  • 2 Tsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 oz. Sliced Deli Ham
  • 2 oz. Sliced Genoa Salami
  • 2 oz. Sliced Turkey
  • 2 oz. Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • ½ Roma Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced Pepperoncini Peppers
  • ¼ C. Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch of Dried Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


  1. Drizzle the sub roll with olive oil and assemble the sandwich with ingredients in the order listed.
  2. Pack tight with foil or plastic wrap and keep cold until serving time.
