Crisp Veggie Sandwich with Fresh Basil Aioli

Crisp and cool veggies stacked up in a rainbow of colors on toasted Mountain White bread with fresh basil aioli.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Bread, toasted
  • 2 Tbsp. Basil Aioli
  • 8 Thin Cucumber Slices
  • ¼ C. Shredded Carrot
  • ¼ C. Shredded Purple Cabbage
  • ¼ C. Microgreens
  • 1 Thick Tomato Slice
  • 3 Thick Avocado Slices
  • 1 Butter Lettuce Leaves

Directions

  1. Spread each slice of toast with basil aioli.
  2. Assemble the sandwich with the remaining ingredients in the listed order.
  3. Cut the sandwich in half to serve.
