As good as Thanksgiving dinner is on the plate, leftovers are even better together on toasted Mountain White Bread.
4 slices Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White bread
1/2 Pound Leftover Turkey
1 C. Leftover Cranberry Sauce or use our recipe below
16 oz. Fresh Cranberries
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Orange Juice
2 tsp Cinnamon
Zest from one Orange
To assemble the sandwiches, place two slices of bread on a sheet or cutting board and spread mayonnaise on each piece. Top with equal amounts of lettuce, turkey, cranberry sauce, and red onion. Top with remaining slices of bread.
To make the cranberry sauce, add all ingredients to a pot on medium heat and cook for 25 minutes, turning down the heat once the mixture begins to boil.
