Cilantro Lime Chicken Sliders with Chipotle Sauce

Dinner routine getting tired? Kick your ground chicken up a notch with a few simple ingredients and Canyon Hawaiian Rolls.


  • ¾ lb.Ground Chicken Breast
  • 3 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped, more for garnish
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 Lime, juiced and zested
  • 6 Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Rolls
Chipotle Sauce
  • ¼ C. Sour Cream
  • ½ Lime, juiced
  • ¼ tsp.Garlic Powder
  • ¼ Chipotle Chili Pepper
  • 2 tsp. Adobo Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Whisk the dipping sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Separately, combine the ground chicken, cilantro, seasonings, lime juice, and zest.
  3. Form the chicken mixture into6 small patties.
  4. Place a skillet or grill pan over medium heat with oil or cooking spray.
  5. Cook the patties for3-4minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  6. Spread each toasted bun with chipotle dipping sauce and place the patties on top.
  7. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
