Cheesy Pull-apart Pizza Sliders

A quick and easy crowd-pleaser, featuring layers of cheesy goodness and savory pepperoni, perfect for a fun and tasty meal or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. Canyon Bakehouse Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (6 rolls)
  • 1 C. Marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 C. Mini pepperoni slices (or your favorite pizza toppings)
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms intact.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the marinara sauce.
  6. Add a layer of mini pepperoni slices (or your preferred pizza toppings) on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings.
  8. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese and toppings, creating a sandwich-like structure.
  9. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.
  10. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  11. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  13. Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  14. Once out of the oven, let the sliders cool for a few minutes.
  15. Serve warm and enjoy!
