Brioche Cranberry Orange Morning Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. Canyon Bakehouse Brioche-Style Sweet Rolls (6 rolls)
  • 1 C. Fresh cranberries, chopped
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted 1/3 C. Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
Crumble Topping
  • 1/2 C. Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 C. Granulated sugar 1/4 C. Dairy-free and gluten-free butter substitute, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
Orange Glaze
  • 1 C. Powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh orange juice Zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish.
  2. Prepare the Crumble Topping: In a small mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Add the butter and use a fork or pastry cutter to blend the ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
  4. Prepare the Gluten-Free Rolls: Slice each roll in half horizontally.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and orange zest.
  6. In another bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  7. Assemble the Rolls: Dip each roll half into the melted butter and orange zest mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  8. Then, dip the buttered rolls into the sugar-cinnamon mixture, coating them evenly.
  9. Place the coated roll halves into the greased baking dish, cut side up, forming a single layer.
  10. Sprinkle the chopped cranberries evenly over the rolls.
  11. Sprinkle the prepared gluten-free crumble topping evenly over the cranberries.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
