Avocado Toast with Grilled Corn and Cherry Tomatoes

7-Grain toast with smashed avocado, grilled, seasoned corn sliced off the cob and halved cherry tomatoes.


  • 2 Slices Canyon Bakehouse 7-Grain Bread, toasted 
  • ½ Large Avocado, smashed 
  • 2 Lime Wedges 
  • ¼ C. Halved Cherry Tomatoes 
  • 1 Ear Grilled, Buttered Corn 
  • Smoked Paprika, to taste 
  • Kosher Salt, to taste 
  • Red Pepper Flakes, to taste


  1. Spread each slice of toast with smashed avocado and squeeze with a lime wedge.
  2. Dust the buttered corn with smoked paprika before slicing from the cob.
  3. Top the avocado toast with cut corn and halved cherry tomatoes.
  4. Season with more salt and red pepper flakes, as desired.
